PROGRAM FEES
Cost is an important consideration when enrolling in a medical weight loss program. We strive to keep our customized weight loss program affordable to most everyone. We encourage you to compare our quality and fees with other medical weightloss programs in Hampton Roads.
INITIAL CONSULTATION/COUNSELLING FEE: $120.00.
FOLLOW-UP VISIT: (MONTHLY): $75.00.
PLUS
EKG: (REQUIRED): $65.00.
LABS: OUTSOURCED (Covered by Insurance). If no insurance, cost is about $300- can negotiate with lab if paying cash.
PRESCRIPTION MEDS, OTC MEDS, SUPPLEMENTS, B12 SHOTS- Please visit our website: www.seriouslyweightloss.com for costs.
INJECTION/ B12 SHOTS
As part of the SWL comprehensive weight loss program, you may be offered the option of weekly B12 injections. The cost is $20 per shot. This is also offered as a "stand-alone" service for overweight patients but not for obese patients. Obese patients need to join the program.
MEAL REPLACEMENTS/PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS: $12/box (7 in each box).
Many patients choose to utilize our meal replacement products to "jump-start" their journey toward weight loss success. Low calorie, protein-rich meal replacement and snack products are availble from the SWL office. We carry affordable, high quality, great tasting products for your convenience.
INSURANCE
Because of the complexity and expense related to insurance reimbursement, we do not accept any insurance at our clinic. Please note that many of our patients do use their Flexible Savings Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) debit cards to pay for medical services related to the treatment of obesity.
NOTE: We accept visa, mastercard, discover, debit cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
